The first Mister Transmission Service Centre was opened in 1963. The headquarters of the company is located in Canada. It is the largest chain of transmission centers in the country. The company offers a wide range of services, among which is the removal, complete dissemblance, check, replacement of worn and broken parts or complete overhaul of any automotive transmission.

Mister Transmission Service Centers also provide Multi-Check (a complete diagnosis of transmission's performance and general operation of the automobile), the fluid check, the Road Test (which consists of a stationary test and driving test), as well as the lift inspection/diagnosis services.
